This is possibly the most sexist idea we’ve presented so far, but I’m not going to let that stop us! I’m sure you’ve often heard woman complain that their husband doesn’t want a wife – he wants a cook cleaner/launderer ect.
Do you know what in some cases that’s true! There are many men who just want someone to do the chores for them without an emotional or romantic attachment, so why not offer the service?
The idea here is for a ‘Rent-A-Wife’ service, whereby men can pay someone by the hour to do all the stuff they might normally expect of a spouse.
Duties would include cooking, cleaning and laundry as well as any other chores and errands the customer needed doing.
Offering a service would generate a huge amount of publicity and controversy, but there’s no denying it would appeal greatly to men who simply don’t want any additional commitment or strings in their lives, but do want someone to share drudgery.
So who will be brave enough to take this one on?

Interest in food and cooking has never been stronger. It seems like every other TV programme is devoted to food or cooking, and people have had their expectations raised regarding what’s possible. A new idea from Germany seems to take this to a new level.
